Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Maths Buddy. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the children whose profiles you set up.

What Maths Buddy is

Maths Buddy gives parents a clear diagnostic of where their child is in KS2 maths and a structured catch-up plan. It is a learning support tool — it is not a replacement for a teacher or a 1:1 tutor, and it does not set school curriculum.

Your account

• You must be the parent or legal guardian of any child you add.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details and parent PIN secure.
• You can add up to five child profiles on one parent account.

Acceptable use

Please use Maths Buddy only for its intended purpose — your own children’s learning. Don’t attempt to disrupt the service or access data that isn’t yours.

Billing

Where a paid subscription applies, the current pricing and trial terms are shown before you pay. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your parent account.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We’ll make the current version available here and flag material changes.
